Sales Executive - West Coast, Other, West Coast

Job Purpose: Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the company’s products and solutions, and or related services. Personally contact and secure new business accounts/ customers. Maintain and build on established customer base.

Minimum Requirements: Matric, 3 years of related experience or training in direct sales in the QA / Telecoms sector, Experience within Telecommunications and Office Automation, Valid Driver’s license, Clear Credit and Criminal History

Other Requirements: University degree / Diploma in Marketing or Business Studies is preferred, Excellent ability to grasp complex matters and relay it in resolution format, Confident, Resilient, Able to adjust to change, Excellent listening skills, Problem solving / conflict handling skills, Client liaison abilities, Excellent Time management, Excellent decision making abilities, Excellent Orgnisational Skills, Excellent Negotiating Skills, Analytical Skills, Accuracy, Numerical Skills, Eye for detail

Experience: 2 years of related experience or training in direct sales, Training, Prospecting, Negotiation skills training, Understand the Sales cycle, presentation and closing training, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities: Meet and exceed the required monthly and annual sales targets, Manage customer relationships and prove superior customer service, Prospecting to find, secure and develop / maintain new clients, Ability to structure multi-platform deals by implementing diverse product range into the ‘make up’ of the deal, Consistently converting appointments in actual sales, Accurately and timeously complete administrative duties, Develop clear and effective written proposal quotations for current customers and prospective customers, Actively improve knowledge base, Attributes, Reliability, Assertiveness, Honesty and integrity, Ability to priorities, Deadline orientated

Attention to detail: Ability to interface with client, Target driven, Able to build and maintain client relationship, Able to accurately document client relationship details/ updates regularly, Resilient, Resourceful, Self-motivated, Initiative, Able to delegate, Able to work under pressure, Confidentiality, Credibility, Methodical, Effective Communication Skills
