Duties: Diagnose hardware and software problems Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware. Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.

Manage contracts and service levels within contracts for existing computer systems and networks. Work with Sales Team to develop and implement solutions for our Clients. Candidate Requirements Grade 12 with Maths. MCSE or equivalent Labtech RMM (advantageous) Min 3 years working experience in appropriate technologies. Strong Communication and Customer Skills, attention to detail and a passion for IT Afrikaans speaking advantageous Salary Commensurate with experience
