Some of your duties include but are not limited to the following: Show the member how to do the various exercises on the training program safely and effectively. Do follow up assessments every six weeks to evaluate the member's progress on the exercise program and upgrade the member's program to ensure progress. Supervise members use of equipment to ensure they exercises safely and effectively. Enforce club rules and regulations. Handle member complaints and suggestions in such a manner as to ensure good member service. Maintain an excellent working relationship with fellow staff members. Ensure an excellent level of service to every member of the club.
