Food Service Supervisor (Multiple Locations)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening
Salary:$10.00 to $11.50 Hourly for 35 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Greater Moncton and Shediac, New Brunswick (6 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession
Supervisory Experience: Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Supervise and check assembly of trays
Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling
Ability to Supervise: 11-15 people
