Job Responsibilities: Prepares reports, maintain records and other related documents related to company profile, and other departmental documents such as CVs database, clients database. Etc, Pass management instructions or information to engineers and inspectors on site whenever required, Scheduling inspectors' visits and tracking ongoing requirements, Assisting in administering policies to support company growth as it relates to the Industrial Services Department, Provide general office support as required for the efficient functioning of a team-oriented office environment, Record inspectors KPIs and report to immediate supervisor. Ensure suppliers’ invoices are received in time and payments are remitted

Experience Background & Qualifications, Qualifications: Engineering degree in any discipline or similar, Experience: Minimum 3 years in Vendor/Source inspections coordination
