Job Details: Required a Lady Receptionist for an Architectural Company -Responsible for handling a busy reception and the delivery of administrative assistance for the front Office- Attends to telephone calls and takes appropriate action - scheduling appointments -Attending to clients, guests and visitors - Schedules meetings and appointments, prepares minutes of meeting when required, monitors and takes action on Minutes of Meeting Action Plan. -Handles all administrative duties-coordinate with the Head office, ensures document controlling, does administrative tasks assigned and any other assignment required by the Management.

Requirements: Degree from a reputed University. Certification in Office or Secretarial Course preferred. -Minimum 3 years experience preferably with 1 year UAE experience -Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office suite - Excellent Customer Relations and communication skills -Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately
