Due to this expansion we are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and efficient individual to provide administrative, marketing and sales support to our top performing sales associates working in our Blackrock office.
The successful candidate will be working in a high demand environment and will need to be proactive, have strong typing and computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, maturity and diplomacy in dealing with people of all ages and backgrounds, prepared to work Saturdays, and have a very structured and organised approach to their work.
The role:
Coordinating open homes, Assisting with marketing/advertising campaigns Liaising with vendors, solicitors and buyers follow up, Assisting with exchanges and settlements, Database and website management, Agency agreements, Preparing sales proposal kits and general ad hoc duties.
Skill set:
Previous real estate experience not essential but a strong work ethic and a desire to learn are essential. The successful candidate will require an Agent's Rep Certificate and current police check & drivers license.
Personality Traits:
Hard worker, enthusiastic, punctual, self starter, able to take direction, person of integrity, good with people, a love of people and property. Ability to work alone and as part of a dynamic team.
