Records Management Clerk (Student Records Officer)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $30,000.00 to $35,000.00 Yearly for 37.5 hours per week, As per collective agreement
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Winnipeg and Area, Manitoba (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Work Setting: Educational Institution
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: MS Word, Excel, Dbase, Windows
Typing (Words Per Minute): 41 - 60 wpm
Records Clerk Specific Skills: Compile statistics and reports
File Clerk Specific Skills: Sort material for filing, File material in storage area, Locate and remove files requested
Additional Skills: Label, file and retrieve documents, Respond to requests for records, Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail
Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle, Valid driver's licence, Public transportation is available
