Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be based in Port Elizabeth and will be responsible for the following

Key Responsibilities: Processing all orders received for strategic accounts, Responsible for internal management of strategic accounts, Compilation of all quotations, Attend product training and events, Processing of relevant delivery notes and documentation, Updating stock report, backorders and orders received on a daily basis, Liaise with clients as well as partners on daily queries, Liaise with stores/dispatch regarding deliveries of all orders and supply of invoices, Attending to sales calls, Product knowledge of both hardware and software platforms, Understanding of IT industry and OEM channel, Skills and competencies required, Matric with mathematics is essential, Tertiary qualification and/or a relevant diploma will be an advantage, 3 Year’s IT distribution experience, Service quality orientated, Ability to work under pressure, Relevant technical knowledge, Customer focused, Technology driven, Basic calculations (ability to work with numbers), Self-actualisation (capacity to assert oneself), Motivation (ability to motivate others), Negotiation (in a spirit of co-operation with the aim of an amicable outcome), Tact (courteous, diplomatic, respectful manner), Excellence orientation (set and achieve high standards & ongoing improvement), Feedback (provide positive, helpful & productive feedback), Liaison (establish effective personal contact / channel for Communication between parties), Written communication (convey information through written instruction), Decisiveness (ability to make decisions, render judgment, take action & apply corrective measures), Evaluating (ask questions, analyse, give attention to and attend to detail)
