We are working with a leading local authority who are looking for a Business Analyst's to operate on a customer access programme. They are looking for Business Analyst's to help on the investigation and implementation side of the development and assist in deploying the new telephony system. The ideal candidate will have experience working on telephony systems beforehand such as Avaya and Cisco. Added to which, they will need experience of managing relationships with complex clients. The ideal candidate will be well versed in lean six sigma and show good understanding and use of business analysis tools and techniques.
