Job Requirements: Matric, 30+ years old female, Excel/Access – highly numerate and experience in stats/reporting, Excellent Admin, attention to detail, Team Management /Project Management experience is recommendation, Leadership skills, Exposure to a sales environment is ideal, 3rd Party liaison/negotiation experience is ideal, Must have clear ITC / Criminal record, Valid driver’s license and own transport

Duties Include: Sales figures and admin requirements, Receive and capture data acquired from daily sales, Run database queries record accurate report spreadsheets to be presented to management, Meet daily and monthly deadlines, Maintain secure processes for sales forms & deposited cash donations, Reconcile sales forms & deposited cash donations, Assist with managing a team of marketers, Bank statement reconciliation and follow up on bank statement queries with bank and donors, Deal with telephone queries, Laser print tickets for new sales confirmations, Follow up on undelivered mail, amend addresses and re-mail, May involve outside liaison with shopping centre management and events/exhibitions and contract negotiations, Handle all marketer’s admin staff matters, Provide assistance on other campaigns, Report to General Manager, Work closely with other Project Managers, General duties in line with the business objectives of all projects.
