Job Description: Supervise other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians. Estimate costs of materials and time to complete graphic designs and illustrations and order supplies. Work in a multidisciplinary environment. Adapt existing illustrations. Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audiovisual or electronic materials. Coordinate subcontracting. Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives. Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers. Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements and prepare vehicles/signage for decals. Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication. Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials. Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides. Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations in order to meet their communications needs. Produce 2D and 3D animated drawings or computer illustrations. Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations. Assist in developing storyboards for electronic productions. Design for clients. Design snowmobile, ATV and motocross decal kits. Customer service. Stick decals and install signage

Education: Education or training in visual arts with specialization in graphic design or graphic arts and training in multimedia design at a post-secondary, college or technical institution is required

Experience: Experience is an asset

Candidates must be proficient with these three graphic design programs to be able to run with the flow of our company: Adobe Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop and it will be assessed during the hiring process.

Creative ability and artistic talent, as demonstrated by a portfolio of work are required for this position and it will be assessed during the hiring process

Designing on motocross and snowmobile decals an asset.

Salary: $23.00 to $25.00 hourly, 40.00 Hours per week

Important Information: Flexibility on schedule is required. Shifts: 8:00am to 5:00pm from Monday to Friday; some weekends might be required.
