Job Duties: Aluma is looking for a Director of Operations for its Fort McMurray Office. The successful candidate will: Ensuring construction work is executed as per our engineering drawing specifications, design standards and contractual requirements; Ensuring overall project execution is completed in accordance with the Project Management Plan; Managing the overall Safety Management Plan, the site Environmental Management Plan, Quality Management Plan; Implementing continuous improvements to positively impact project performance; Establishing and maintaining our relationships with clients and other 3rd parties; Monitoring the construction and commissioning of all projects for schedule changes and tracking progress on a daily basis identifying any issues that could delay the schedule; Providing advice on course of action to maintain the schedule within authority levels or escalating to quickly address; Monitoring and auditing construction and materials management documentation to ensure that the facilities are being constructed to meet the quality specifications.

Terms of Employment: Wage: $68+/hour

The location of employment is 925 Memorial Drive, Fort McMurray, AB

Benefits Offered: Eligible for benefits after three months of employment. The benefits package includes health and dental coverage.

Skills required: A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration or a related administrative services field is required

Several years of experience at a professional level in business administration, finance or administrative services is required
