About the company: Growing company seeking to employ a young dynamic HR Qualified person to provide the Human Resources Manager with a support function focusing on effectively administrating personnel and producing statistics on all Human Resources related issues in the division.

Duties Include: Ensure changes to employees are completed in a timely manner with the appropriate authorization. The incumbent will provide general guidance, assistance and resolutions in terms of employee information and administration ensuring the processes, procedures, organizational policies and relevant Legislation are applied. Ensure the accuracy of information by regularly conducting checks and sample audits as appropriate to each business unit, Ensuring that all processes are documented in accordance with internal audit, risk and control standards, To fulfill office administration duties in the human resources business unit namely filing, scanning, File maintenance and Online folder management

Assist with recruitment of Personnel, Assist with coordinating training and development, Must be able to work to timelines and under pressure, Assist with IR related matters

Requirements: Matric / Grade 12, Human Resource and or related qualification, ITC Clear, Criminal Clear, Computer literate in Ms Outlook and Ms Excel, High level of integrity – able to work in a confidential environment, Experience will be an advantage
