Salary: $10.00 to $13.00 Hourly for 25 hours per week

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Food Preparation Specializations: Stocks, soups and sauces, Cold kitchen (salads, appetizers, sandwiches), Vegetables, fruits, nuts and mushrooms
Types of Meals/Food Prepared: Lunches
Specific Skills: Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods, Work with minimal supervision, Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, Estimate food requirements and costs, Inspect kitchens and food service areas, Order supplies and equipment, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Clean kitchen and work areas, Wash dishes, Manage kitchen operations
