Director of Nursing / Facility Manager

Our Client: Our client is a well-respected provider of residential aged care services located in South Eastern Queensland.  Dedicated to the delivery of exceptional care, they are seeking a dynamic leader committed to service excellence and pursuing opportunities for innovation. 

The position: This role would suit a natural leader with excellent business acumen and well developed influencing skills.  We seek a hands on, motivated DON / Facility Manager who can collaboratively lead staff and create an increased performance-based, resident-centred workplace culture focused on quality and performance outcomes.

The role has responsibility for daily operations, Human Resource Management, Financial Growth, WHS and Clinical Governance and Practice Development.

The Person: To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for and a strong track record in Aged Care management as well as extensive knowledge of current aged care workforce professional and practice issues.

Your strong clinical background, technology and people skills will help you to support our team to deliver outstanding care outcomes.

The Essentials: Current AHPRA Division 1 Nursing Registration with exceptional clinical skills, 5+ years' experience in a comparable Aged Care leadership role with demonstrated success in achieving accreditation outcomes, Proven success in sourcing and realising new opportunities for growth, Demonstrated success in managing operations to ensure outstanding care outcomes whilst achieving financial growth, Sound financial, IT, HR and project management skills

The Offer: We are looking for a dedicated manager to continue the success of our great facility. This may be your opportunity as an experienced, clinical leader to relocate at our expense to South Eastern Queensland. A salary package of $160,000 plus bonuses will be offered to the successful candidate. Applications will be reviewed as they are received
