Role: The successful applicant will be an integral part of the team; and report to the Team Leader. They will be responsible for client assessment, client support relating to recovery, development of recovery plans and goals, developing program material, facilitating service delivery, as well as co-facilitating client lead program components. The care pathway will include a variety of interventions focusing on wellbeing, including engagement, motivation, assessment, individual and/or group work, in the form of informal counselling, and psychoeducational in a relevant field.

The successful applicant must; Hold a Degree level qualification; Have a minimum of 12 months experience working in Mental Health or related field Hold a Mental First Aid Certificate; Hold and maintain a current First Aid Certificate; Have a full Australian driver's license; Obtain and maintain acceptable police clearance; Be able to demonstrate results working within a personalised support approach; Display evidence of successful group facilitation and co-facilitation; Be able to display competence and willingness to work within a team; Maintain accurate and up to date client records in a electronic database; Have an understanding and proficiency with a range of Microsoft products; Experience and/or qualification in Social Services, Addiction or Psychology will be considered advantageous; A competitive salary package will be negotiated base on qualifications and experience.
