Requirements: B Eng/ BSc Eng or B T degree in Civil Engineering or a Town Planning Degree, Must be registered with ECSA or SACPCMP or as a PMP. Proficiency in English with exceptional Communication and Report writing skills. Minimum if 10 years’ experience. Extensive Knowledge of experience in the built environment. Extensive Knowledge and experience in township planning processes. Experience and Understanding of Statutory approval processes towards obtaining developments rights. Good Understanding of government policies, procedures and housing development especially relating to integrated housing projects and subsidized housing developments. Salary: Negotiable based on experience and relevant experience.
