Description: Accounting/Company Secretary/Audit, Must have knowledge of auditing & accounting standards, The candidate will be required to provide effective support to new and existing clients, ensuring all clients receive effective professional communication throughout their business implementation. Maintaining registers and books of the corporate office and keeping the directors and council members up-to-date with all relevant legislation, Maintaining the company’s share register; dealing with transfers and other matters affecting shareholding, and dealing with queries and requests from shareholders, Responsible for the receipt, coordination and distribution of official correspondence received by the company at its registered office, The incumbent should be a Graduate in Commerce (preferable CA inter) or Law having a minimum of 2 Years UAE experience in Company formation & business set up (both offshore and onshore) and related jobs, Assist in various corporate secretarial tasks like preparation of agenda and minutes of General Meetings, liaising with client contacts. Ability to prioritize work on multiple assignments & manage ambiguity, Should have capability of handling audit assignments independently, Good presentation skills and ability to respond promptly, Problem solving and conflict management skills, Ability to meet deadlines.
