General construction labourer
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day
Salary: $20.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Alberta area, Alberta, Alberta (15 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: Experience an asset
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Type of Construction: Industrial, commercial and institutional, Residential, Sidewalks and curbs, Roads and bridges
Equipment and Machinery Experience: Circular saws, Sledgehammers, Drills
Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Specific Skills: Load, unload and transport construction materials, Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades, Mix, pour and spread materials, Assist in drilling and blasting rock, Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs, Level earth to fine grade specifications, Clean and pile salvaged materials, Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Public transportation is available
