Banking - Telephony Administrator

Our client, a dynamic and expanding financial services organisation, currently require a telephony based Customer Service Specialist for a 12 month fixed term contract based in Dublin.

Providing administrative support to customers and managing customer queries both written and telephony based, the successful candidate will be expected to:

    Answer incoming customer calls and deal with their queries
    Record salient query details on customer tracking system
    Input and amend customer details into the system.
    Process customer letter responses
    Outbound customer calls in response to queries
    Update system database/records
    Liaise with internal contacts to ensure timely resolution of customer
    Escalate customer queries as required
    Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, banking regulatory and internal policy & procedure requirements.

It is anticipated that applicants can demonstrate the following:

    Experience within banking customer service environment
    Understanding of regulatory environment within the banking / financial services sector
    Part or full QFA (ideal)
    Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
    Organised, professional and familiar with handling confidential issues
    Strong IT skills (proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word)
    Good negotiation and diplomacy skills
    Driven and ambitious to achieve targets
    Proven experience experience adhering to strict compliance requirements

This is a contract position based in central Dublin with a salary of 28 - 35k depending upon experience.
