Job Description
Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for the providing a high level of service to our customers in a wide range of services that we offer. They are responsible for the day to day operations in the branch and report to the Branch Manager.
Responsibilities
Greet customers, identify their financial needs
Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide information about services and policies to customers
Take and process loan applications
Grant and process loans
Cash Cheques
Process money transfer transactions
Make outbound collection calls on
outstanding files
Know how to open and close the branch
Qualifications
Experience in a customer service environment
Collections experience would be considered an asset
Excellent communication and problem - solving skills
Completion of high school diploma
Strength as a team player and an ability to work independently
Skills
Building customer relationships
Attention to detail and problem solving
Self-motivation and direction
Aptitude for selling products
Strong cash handling ability
