French Team Leader – Dublin - €40-45K

My client is a very large world recognized insurance company seeking a strong French Team Leader to join their team in Dublin – Ireland for a permanent contract.

You will be responsible for the daily management of internal sales specialists dedicated to the French market. You will report to the Head of Client Management Platform.  Director of Marketing and Proposition and work cross-functionally with the Country Marketing Managers and other relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

-         Motivating and leading the Internal Sales Team to achieve personal and sales objectives.

-          Involvement in onboarding discussions to ensure to ensure the effectiveness of the plans

 

Desired skills:

-          2 years experience of team leading experience in a sales environment

-          High level of organisational and managerial skills

-          Fluency in French and English

-          Relationship building and collaborative skills

-          Achievement drive

-          Knowledge of insurance sector
