Solicitor? AITI Qualified?

Our client currently has a requirement for an Assistant Lawyer to join their highly successful Private Client Department to deal with high net worth individuals and families.

Applicants should have a minimum of one years experience gained in a reputable private client dept.

 

The highly regarded private client practice at this large commercial law firm in Dublin city centre specialises in providing tax, estate planning and wealth preservation/asset protection services to individuals and families. Members of this department work closely with corporate colleagues to provide integrated tax and legal solutions for families and their businesses.

 

This department also advises professional and family trustees on a full range of issues affecting them and their clients and a wide range of charitable bodies in relation to their activities. With the introduction of the family law group, they advise on family law issues arising in all aspects of wealth management and tax/estate planning advices.

 

 

Applicants will be considered if they meet the following requirements:

 - Irish Qualified Private Client Solicitor

 - Tax Qualification

 - STEP Qualification

 - Extensive cross sector legal experience dealing in such areas as Wills & Probate, Tax and Trusts, etc.

 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

 - Ability to work closely with the client to establish a one to one relationship is essential

 - High level of motivation and the ability to work on one’s own initiative is essential
