Urgently required for a large ship repair yard based in Dubai Ship Repair Production Head. Planning, organizing, executing and supervising all kinds of activities relating to ship repair and meeting the production demand within the time frame and at a cost-effective manner. Controlling the production activities on a daily basis to ensure that the repair job is completed within the scheduled time frame and liaising with the inter department supervisors and managers for the progress of works and completion. Must be able to lead a team of over 400 technicians.
