Our Client, a renowned global contact-centre with offices situated in Cape Town, is currently looking for an experienced German-speaking QA Supervisor to join their established team.

The Role: Manage and lead a team of Customer Sales and Services Representatives to achieve specified performance and quality standards. Be flexible to contribute to the efficient operation of the contact centre, as required.

Minimum Requirements: Fluent in German and English (verbal and written communication skills) Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a track record of consistently meeting own performance targets Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile detailed reports Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer literacy skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) Previous Team Leader/ QA Supervisory experience in a call centre would be highly advantageous

Main duties include, but are not limited to: Team Management Performance Management: Monitor and measure team members’ achievement of qualitative and quantitative performance standards and take appropriate action to meet service targets. Manage misconduct, attendance and adherence and complete all associated administrative duties. Handle complex and / or escalated customer calls when required. Quality Management Ensures quality problems are identified and recommendations for improvements are made and implemented. Maintain detailed quality documentation and reports for distribution to Training and Management. Organize and conduct quality calibration sessions between supervisors across sites (CPT and SUV) to ensure consistency. Maintain product knowledge across team

Salary: R180 000 – R200 000 per year, depending on working experience.
