Job Description: This position is responsible overseeing the proper execution of projects as per contract conditions, scheduling and executing within budgets.

1. Conducting site surveys.

2. Check the measurements, layouts, finishes as per drawings and site condition.

3. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end as per work schedule.

4. Follow the bill of quantity and approved drawings.

5. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members.

6. Estimate the resources and workers, sub-contractors, etc needed to achieve project goals.

7. Manage and supervise in-house team and sub-contractors on site.

8. Maintain health and safety practice at all times.

9. Track project milestones and deliverables.

10. Notify the Project Manager on the additional works, progress, delays on site and take necessary action to resolve the same at the earliest.

11. Conduct project completion procedure along with Project Manager.

12. Report on a daily basis of your daily tasks, your accomplishments for the day, on-site progress and other responsibilities to the Project Manager at the end of the day.

Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor Degree/Diploma preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Must have at least 2+ years' experience preferably in fit out or interiors project such as retail shops, offices, banks, etc.(Qualified candidates without experience can apply for junior level positions.) Excellent planning and analytical skills. Good communication skills; Hindi/Urdu speaking candidates will be given preference. Strong problem solving skills, Time Management skills, Knowledge about the interior fit out industry is a must. Candidates with driving license are preferred. Benefits& Compensation, Salary package between AED 5,000 - AED 8,000 along with Transportation and accommodation(subjective)

Junior Site Supervisor will be paid a salary of AED 3,500/- along with free transportation and accommodation.
